Girl group 2NE1 is gearing up for another round of Japanese promotion and will release a single and collection album simultaneously on March 28th. The single will be titled “Scream” and will contain a total of five tracks including title track of the same title and Japanese version of “Fire.”

On March 5th, a preview of 2NE1′s new music video for the title track “Scream” was aired through Japan’s Mezamashi TV. The song, which features an upbeat and electronic tune , as well as the music video seems to stay true to the distinct style of 2NE1.

Girl group 2NE1 will unveil one song every month starting next month, said Yang Hyun-suk, the chief producer at YG Entertainment."Though the girls have remained committed to continuously releasing new work, the group was only able to release the song 'I Love You' last year due to other commitments, including a world tour", Yang said yesterday. "So the group plans on meeting with local fans throughout the end of the year as we decided that it would be better to release a song with a music video every month from the collection the group has worked on in the past two years instead of releasing them in one album"...
