‘The King 2 Hearts’ Lee Seung Gi is prince of South Korea

Pictures of Lee Seung Gi wearing a military uniform recently captured the public’s eyes.

On March 2, Kim Jong Hak Production for MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday series The King 2 Hearts, released pictures of Lee, who plays the role of a South Korean prince named Lee Jae Ha.

In the 4 pictures, Lee is raising his hand in salute, getting training, talking on the phone, and resting in a military uniform.

Lee shot the series on March 1 in Yangju and Paju, Gyeonggi-do. At first, he looked nervous but soon he started performing his character naturally.

Even though it was very cold while shooting, Lee encouraged the staff members and continued performing without complaining.

A spokesperson for the series says, “Lee is devoted to his performance describing the character that he plays in the series. Since he has great sense of humor, he always create a happy atmosphere on the set. Please pay attention to Lee, who will look 180 degrees different from his usual images.”
