The viewership ratings fo MBC Wednesday and Thursday drama series The Moon that Embraces the Sun overtook KBS2 weekend drama series Ojakgyo Brothers, leaped to the first place as the most popular TV program.

According to AGB Nielson Media Research agency, the average ratings for The Moon that Embraces the Sun for the week ending February 12th, 2012 is 37.1%, rising 1.3% from previous week’s average ratings. With the result, The Moon that Embraces the Sun has ranked at first place for four consecutive weeks.

KBS2 weekend drama Ojakgyo Brothers is in the second place with 32.1% ratings, KBS1 daily drama My One and Only (Only You) is in the third place with 22.1% ratings. Variety show Gag Concert is ranked 4th, and it’s the top variety show on the list.

In addition, MBC Monday and Tuesday drama Lights and Shadows has the ratings of 18.1%, ranked 6th, while SBS weekend drama If Tomorrow Comes ranked 7th with ratings of 17.7%.
