Girls’ Generation has made it in America!
They have appeared on a few talk shows in the U.S. and showed off their English speaking skills. Korean fans who watched their video clips were proud but wondered if their English speaking skills were really that good.
SM Entertainment announced that the crew of the talk shows informed them about what kind of questions will be asked but nothing specific. The members never memorized their answers or even decide which one of them will be answering the questions.
The 9 members supposedly studied up on English everyday which allowed them to communicate without any trouble. Tiffany and Jessica who lived in the U.S. for some time were obviously communicating with ease. The rest of the members aren’t as fluent as Tiffany and Jessica, but SooYoung, Sunny, and SeoHyun have very impressive English knowledge.
