(Photo : Facebook ) Red Velvet"s and Topp Dogg"s respective entertainment agencies are proud because the two new pop groups were recently awarded Rookie of the Year Awards.
Red Velvet and Topp Dogg were present at the 21st Korean Entertainment Arts Awards where they took home the prizes. The ceremony was held at the Sungnam Arts Center in Seoul.
Boy band Topp Dogg were thankful for the win and expressed their excitement towards their fans by uploading a video on Instagram.
Red Velvet is SM Entertainment"s newest female group. They made a huge impact on the music charts with their debut single "Happiness." The song is bright and full of joy. "Happiness" was released on August 4, 2014.
Topp Dogg is a 13-member group formed by producer Cho PD in 2013 under Stardom Entertainment. The group made their debut in October 22, 2013 with "Dogg"s Out."

JYJ"s Yoochun revealed to have received a rookie award at "34th Korean Film Critics Association Awards".
On November 3rd, Korean Film Critics Association announced that Yoochun has won the "Best New Male Actor" award for his role in his first big screen debut movie "Sea Fog". In addition, the movie is also selected as South Korea"s representative for "Best Foreign Language Film at "87th Academy Awards".
Yoochun will receive his award at the awards ceremony which will take place on November 13th.
B2STs Junhyung has been honored with Best Rookie Actor award at the recent 2013 Korean Drama Awards.

Rookie actress Son Se-bin has been cast for the new SBS morning drama "The Women's Room".
A woman who loses everything to a friend she trusted takes on revenge to get back her room, her man, her life and family. Son Se-bin takes on the role of Jin Soo-hee, sister to Jin Soo-hyeok (Kang Kyeong-joon) a cook. A known shopper-holic and party girl, Jin Soo-hee is also known as the Korean Paris Hilton and has the perfect looks and body.
"The Women's Room" is produced by Lee Myeong-woo from "Fashion King" and written by Seol Kyeong-eun from "Reversal of Fate". The casts are Park Eun-hye, Wang Bit-na, Kang Ji-seob and Kang Kyeong-joon.
Meanwhile, Son Se-bin is from the department of film at Gunguk University and debuted in 2010 with "Three Sisters". She then starred in "Coffee House", movie "You Pet" and "City in Blossom". She also starred in over 30 commercials such as White, Asiana, Galaxy S3, Lotte Card and more, earning the name 'commercial queen'. She was recently in the movie "When A Man Loves A Woman" as Han Hye-jin's co-worker Hye-kyeong.
Rookie girl group EXID recently won the rookie award at the “20th Annual Korean Culture and Entertainment Awards” on December 6th.
The girls debuted back in February with “Whoz That Girl”, followed by “I Feel Good” and “Every Night”. Since then the group has received much attention with their success.
Upon receiving the award, EXID expressed their gratitude to fans, saying, “We are so happy and honored to receive such a meaningful award. We will continue to try our best and grow.”

Juniel debuted this past June with her debut song, "Illa Illa" and received much love and support.

Their event will involve the application feature in smart phones where citizens can personally write and send their supporting messages. TAHITI will play the relayer role between Korean fans and the Korean team. This event will be held from July 23 to August 1. TAHITI is a six member girl group who has already received much praise for being a group full of beauties. They have become a hot issue already through their teaser which revealed their sweet looks and powerful energy.
